Anger Tests Do you need one?
Have you ever tested your anger threshold? Have

the future. Serious issues which may affect people other than you and your family. And it may have a serious
consequence on your career and your future.
And that is the reason why at the earliest sign that shows that you are unable to manage your anger and when
manifested, your anger goes beyond your control and you are able to hurt other people or do damage on things, you
have to immediately take steps in looking for a remedy to your anger management problems.

anger profile and plan out as to how to combat it.
The anger test is composed of questions designed to gauge your anger threshold and your ability or inability to
control it. Generally, these questions are situational and it gives out options on your possible reactions.
After choosing your answers, the system gathers it all and computes your anger index.
Afterwards it gives you your score and the analogy of your reaction. It will tell you if your anger level is
elevated or just about right and it will give you tips on how to improve your anger-handling skills.
