WOLF MANAGEMENT (KPVI-TV)
A landmark hand-over was signed on January 5th. Secretary of the Interior Gale Norton and Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne signed an agreement to hand wolf management duties from the Fish and Wildlife Service to the State of Idaho.
