A judge dismissed misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and assault filed against Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes. Prosecutors requested the dismissal after concerns about evidence and because Holmes had received anger management and domestic violence counselling through the NFL, city prosecutor Stephen McIntosh said Monday.
