Attorney Herb Moncier gets year's probation, anger management class (WATE 6 Knoxville)
Knoxville attorney Herb Moncier was sentenced Monday to one year of probation by a federal judge. Judge Greer also fined Moncier $5,000 and ordered him to complete an anger management class and a class on ethics and professionalism within six months.
