Teen Heads To Mental Health Facility For Homeless Man Beating (WESH via Yahoo! News)
A 17-year-old convicted of beating a homeless man in Daytona Beach is headed to a juvenile mental health facility. Jeremy Woods, 17, and two 10-year-olds attacked John D'Amico using fists, stones and a cinderblock. Woods must also attend anger management classes, and make restitution to D'Amico once he's released.
